I have attached some text for a sample i did of Monitoring the Battery States
on your whatever....
Problems are that most code written only checks the battery state
everyday as an individual instance. this code checks it over a period of
days, if the battery comes good it resets the notification message, if it
is still dead you get the warning message on the LCD keypad.
Have a read of the accompanying files for further info.
It may not be perfect, but its a start..
