System start working

I have Leviton LEV16400 switch controlling three Leviton LEV6376
Fixture Modules. It's been working just fine for more than a year.
Suddenly today I could not turn off any of three lights which were on.
Switch still have light's on, and it seems that it tries to connect to
fixtures. I tried turn off/on power a few times (using circuit
breakers), this turned off lights, but switch still unable to operate
any of the lamp.

Any recommendations?

Well, I meant "System STOP working"

Sounds like a noise problem. Any new things plugged in at home or a
neighbor on the ame transformer?

We didn't plug anything new and we do have 4 neighbors on the same
transformer. How can I check if it is noise? Would changing the
channel help?
