Downloading..... from thinkboxx

I have a new customer with a thinkboxx. They dont have the program. (think they know the password)

Before I try myself I thaught I would ask

Can you download from a thinkboxx/minder to a PC ?? (of course loosing all the text decriptions)

All the customer wants to do is change the phone number it dials when alarm goes off

Yep... it's an 'upload from controller'. Even if you don't know the password, I have a way of getting in! Let me know off forum if you need any help

Uploading worked but when you upload it wants the controller LOCK password before it uploads. luckly it was the default !

another trick for young players was it did not UPLOAD the passwords !!

these needed to be retyped in.

I learnt this the hard way when the client could not turn off their alarm !!
