I am using a WS467 wall switch to operate a multi light control circuit
board. Problem is that when off, there isnt enough of a circuit to
conduct the x10 signal to allow you to turn it on. I want to add a
neutral wire to correct this problem and I do want the circuit to still
dim. I have tried two of the neutral wire mods out there to no
success. I was wondering if anyone has found a neutral wire mod that
actually works, perhaps with real honest step by step instructions just
for this one mod.

Have you tried installing a higher wattage bulb? Oftentimes that will
solve the problem.

Have you tried this one:
http://www.edcheung.com/automa/nohumkit.htm#wallswitchmod

It does have step-by-step instructions.
