I have a 42" panasonic plasma screen and for the last month when you
turn the screen on the display would be distorted for the first 10
minutes or so. Now after is warms up i have shimmering blue horizonal
stripes about 4" tall at the top and bottom edges of the screen. Does
this sound like a repairable item?
