Does anyone know how the Harmony or Philips Pronto remotes will handle
CableVision's IO Digital On-Demand features? For the Pronto should I
design a button that looks like the colored buttons on the stock
remote? How would this work on the Harmony?

I mainly want it to be as close to the IO directives as possible so it
is clear to the wife and kids.

TIA

You shouldnt have any problems, the pronto can learn just about anything, I
havent been able to stump mine yet
As for the buttons, if youi can find a picture of them you can turn them
into bitmaps and use them on your pronto using prontoedit software.
This software allows you to edit the screens of your pronto in ways that are
only limited by your imagination, and can be a hobby unto inself.
Hell, I sometimes spend more time configuring my remote than actually
watching something with it

Hell, why not? I know audiophools who spend more time cleaning their LPs
than they do listening to them. At least with Pronto programming you have
something to look at and show for it.

Well, you can listen to the records.
I do clean my records, and thanks to taking good care of them now have a
collection of records dating back as far as 1972 that sound about as good as
when new, and are worth at least two bucks apiece :-)
