Overscan adjustments.

I have a Mitsu WS65809 RPTV, and I use the Video Essentials and Avia
test patterns to set up the TV. Does anyone know what the
recommendations may be for the ISF calibration for overscan in %? The
Mitsu manual suggests values that appear to be greater than optimum: 4%
for vertical marker sum and 7% for the horizontal marker sum.
