You can also run it through dual RG6 cables. Don't know which is cheaper,
but if you already happen to have RG6 lying about...

Yes, they do (from what I read on AVSForums).

MuxLab also makes component extenders too. I think you can also get a DVI
extender, but they're pricy.

I don't know about that, but I have seen some really cool cat-5 extenders
for VGA or DVI, so if you can possibly use a different source than Svideo
you have more options.

I have one of the DVI Fiber adapters, it will extend DVI 1500 feet! Gefen
makes some really, really cool stuff. Everybody here should browse their
site and check out everything-it helps you dream up cool HT projects.
