Infrared Reader update

The IR Reader software has just been updated.

Some of the refinements:
better communications using laptop computers. IR reader previously
showed compatibility issues with some laptops.

Improved IR learning capability. Previously some longer codes such as
Air cond, had troubles with capture.

Bear in mind some codes depending on their structure still elude capture. :o
