Generic 4 port pci video capture surveillane card - PICO 2000 doesn't work ?

I bought one of those off bigbay . The included PICO 2000 software
doesn't seem to work for me . The passwords suggested in the
documenation ( NIL, NULL , PICO )do not seem to be compatible with the
default user name SUPER. What am I doing wrong ? . What are some free
or low cost software alternatives ( for w98se) ? - thanks

The below link has info on the knockoff pico2000 software. The
bottom two links show a simple free setup for remote monitoring a
cam via the web and a couple of other things. The software you
need depends on what you actually want to do.
