Hi All,

Thanks again for the advice given previously - however ive decided to go
for the hardest option of the lot - thats right im going to re-invent
the wheel.

Please dont have a go at me for this, but when i first got into home
automation, i really wanted to start from scratch - and build one system
that did everything - ELA. So now that i have the funding (sort of :P)
to develop it, im going to give it a go.

I would really like to know what everyone thinks - or if they have any
suggestions for it, or can offer help.

I know this is not the easiest way to go about the tasks but i feel that
for me its the best, i finally get to build ELA (a childhood project)
and i get to know the system inside out ready for when all the
complaints and prblems come in.
