Best Wall Switch for 13W Fluorescent Bug Light ???

I'm confused...looking at adding some X10 wall switches to control some
outside lights. The bulbs are 13W fluorescent yellow bug lights. Do I
need an expensive $40 relay wall switch for these?

Or should I just put in an incandescent bug light?
