Best settings for Toshiba 32WL48 or 37WL48

Sorry for the newbie question. I'm new to all this.

Just got a Toshiba 37WL48. Was wondering if anyone with one of these
sets or the 32WL48 can suggest the best settings to use?

Eg Backlight 30%, Contrast 50%, Black Stretch is on etc
