Suggestions Needed

I would like any suggestions on buying a home theater system, something
simple right out of a box, that will only set me back about $200. or less. I
am looking for one that I can use an optical digital audio cable to hook up
to my TV with. I am new to the surround sound scene, and any advive or
suggestions will be a great help. The TV I have is a Sanyo 32" HDTV
(HT32744). Thanks.
