I am sending output from ProVideo CVC7445 camera through a ChannelPlus
5545 Modulator and encoding into Weblink server via Happauge Win TV
capture. I added an Optex LX802N PIR to trigger OPII event as Rule in
WeblinkII to record video.
Everything works fine except for very long delay (about 45 seconds)
between PIR motion detection and actual video record in Weblink. This
delay frequently results in entire event being missed. I am using
low-resolution "video for email/dual channel ISDN 128k" as video link
streaming configuration in Web-Link II. Is there anything I can do to
tune or enhance this configuration to the capture motion event closer to
"real time" and minimize this delay? Running Weblink as dedicated
application on AMD Athlon 2800 2.08 GHz with 512 Meg Ram and XP Pro if
that matters.
Thanks for any assistance.
