You may need to tell the PC to use the S-Video, as has been mentioned.
Also do not change channels on the TV, it will be Video 1 or 2 or something
like that. Some TVs allow composite or s-video on the same input, but not
both, so unplug the composite if it is there.
Finally, S-video is only for video. The sound is not included. You need to
use another cable for sound.
