Those types of theaters are more about looks than performance. That guy has way too many shiney, hard surfaces to reflect both light and sound. I'd much prefer the ultimate technically correct theater than the prettiest one.

The one thing he did miss out on is a place to park his ferrari in the middle.
What with Drive-in theatres being a thing of the past now, he had enough room to park his car in their as well.....
