homegate upgrade

Reloaded my pc.OS Xp.Installed cbus toolkit with java and it works fine.Installed Homegate and did the upgrade.When opening homegate eror message 14013 could not connect to c-gate at 127.0.0.1 and error
14012 error connecting to cgate.This error also causes that there is no cbus projects in the dropdown box when Project detail wizard apears.Help :(

Are you running the latest version of toolkit (1.1.6)????

un-installed toolkit 1.1.6 and installed 1.1.5 seems fine now thanks.
